Overtime WBB – Creative Director & Social Lead: Built and scaled Overtime’s women’s vertical from the ground up. Led voice, visual identity, and content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Directed campaigns, live coverage, and managed a team of editors and creators- driving +450% follower growth in one year and becoming the most-followed women’s sports account on social media.

Barstool Sports – Podcast Producer & Community Builder: Produced Erika Nardini’s podcast, handling everything from guest booking to post-production and social strategy. Grew an exclusive community of 20,000+ women through live events, business initiatives, and curated social experiences - boosting fan engagement and increasing ad revenue across the board.

Super Bowl Week – Content Director & Talent Lead: Directed all original content at Super Bowl week and Radio Row. Served as host, producer, editor, and brand liaison—delivering 80+ original pieces of content and securing the renewal of all involved partners.

Overtime Select – League Launch & Brand Development: Launched Overtime Select, a first-of-its-kind league for the next generation of women’s basketball stars. Led creative direction and strategy for the brand and helped athletes grow their personal platforms. Drove social growth to 278K+ followers in year one, securing partner renewals for season two.

Barstool Sports – #1 Podcast Production & Growth: Produced Barstool’s #1 podcast, overseeing content clips, prep materials, and social rollouts. Worked closely with hosts, partners, and guests—growing the show’s following by 100K+ and renewing major sponsorships during my time on the team.

New York Jets x Overtime – NFL Collaboration: Conceptualized and led Overtime’s first-ever NFL game coverage. Produced original content with Overtime talent, interviewed players and fans, and collaborated with Jets social—resulting in 17 high-performing videos, a lasting relationship with the team, and broader NFL exposure.

Alex Morgan Retirement – Exclusive Coverage: Partnered with the NWSL to deliver exclusive coverage of Alex Morgan’s retirement. Captured original social-first content before any other outlet, driving the highest engagement from the event and establishing long-term relationships with both the league and Alex herself.

Live Event Coverage – Cross-Sport Original Content: Led real-time coverage and original content creation at major events in both women’s and men’s sports. Captured behind-the-scenes access, conducted interviews, and built highly engaged communities through timely and compelling social storytelling.

Creative lead for Alex Morgan’s jersey retirement coverage - driving content strategy, leading on-site creative direction, and producing high-engagement social storytelling, including an exclusive interview with Alex herself.

Led creative direction for our social coverage of the 2024 NFL Draft, focusing on No. 1 pick Caleb Williams. Directed on-the-ground content, captured behind-the-scenes moments, and built real-time storytelling that kept fans locked in from the green room to the stage.

Ran creative direction for our social & branded coverage of the Olympics, working directly with NBC to make sure our content hit across every platform. Covered everything from men’s and women’s basketball to soccer and gymnastics, creating real-time highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, and stories that brought fans closer to the action - without feeling like an ad.

Owned social direction for Caitlin Clark’s new logo launch, leading all social coverage across NYC and Indianapolis. From concept to execution, I directed content capture, live storytelling, and behind-the-scenes moments that helped make the rollout feel as big as Caitlin herself.
